b. The website belongs to Ms. Inna Shot, ID 321573099, from Abba Kovner St. 24/13, Tel Aviv.
e. The website is an internet sales website.
g. Blue&U reserves the right to deactivate the website at any time at its sole discretion without compromising its commitment to supply every order for which payment has been successfully processed prior to the website’s deactivation.
i. The user will not use this website for any use other than browsing through it and placings orders for products displayed therein. The user is explicitly prohibited from using the website for any other purpose. The user is aware that any unauthorized use of the website is liable to harm the website, and/or damage the Blue&U database, and/or prevent other users from using the website, and he/she thereby commits to indemnify and compensate Blue&U for any and all damages that may result from said unauthorized use of the website.
j. The products offered on the website are available until they are out of stock.
k. Blue&U does not commit to have in stock all items that are displayed on the website, and in the event that a product that is ordered is not in stock it will be ordered and supplied to the customer within 3 business days from the day on which the product arrives to Blue&U. Blue&U is authorized to notify the customer that it is unable to supply the ordered product and the customer will not have any claim, grievance, or demand against Blue&U regarding said matter; the order will be deemed cancelled and payment that has been made by the customer for this order will be refunded to him/her.
l. Displayed product pictures on the website are for illustrative purposes only and there may be differences between the product pictures, whether subtle or significant, to the actual products as they are sold.
m. Displayed product prices on the website include VAT.
q. For the sake of eliminating any doubt it is hereby explicitly stated that minors (under the age of 18) are prohibited from using this website; any use of the website and/or course of action that is otherwise unlawful and/or harms the website is likewise explicitly prohibited.
2. Blue&U’s offer to the customer
a. Blue&U invites the customer to browse and view the various content displayed on the website.
b. Blue&U offers a wide variety of silver jewelry and other fashion accessories that are imported by Blue&U. Descriptions of the items listed for sale can be found on the website.
c. Blue&U’s offer refers to customers that meet the following criteria:
i. The customer is an individual of the age 18 years or older, or a corporation.
ii. The customer will provide of his/her national ID (whether Israeli or other) or his/her passport (whether Israeli or other), or if the customer is a corporation then he/she will provide his/her certificate of incorporation.
iii. The customer has a valid Israeli or international credit/debit card that is one of the following: Visa, Isracard, Mastercard, Diners Club, American Express.
iv. The customer has a valid email address or will get in touch with Blue&U through alternate means.
v. The customer has specified the delivery method of the ordered product.
Below – “the user” or “the customer”.
3. Product sales
a. Prices for each individual product are as they appear on the website.
b. Blue&U reserves the right to update its product prices. The products offered on our website are sold for the price that is specified on the website on the day that the customer’s payment is successfully processed for an order.
c. The customer’s order from Blue&U will include his/her email and personal details (name, address, phone number, and credit card details).
d. Charging the customer for the product price via credit card payment constitutes Blue&U’s confirmation that the customer’s order has been received.
4. Product shipping & delivery policy
a. The product will be supplied to the customer to the address that the customer will provide after the customer’s payment has been successfully processed via one of the following two payment methods:
i. One of the following credit cards: Visa, Isracard, Mastercard, Diners Club, American Express.
b. Payment that is made by credit card is processed and secured by Rivhit. As a Level 1 PCI Merchant, Rivhit’s payment processing database meets the highest privacy and security standards for online credit card payment processing in order to ensure that your credit card information is adequately protected.
c. The product will be supplied to the customer via one of the following three shipping methods in accordance with the customer’s choosing. During the order placement process the customer will be asked to select the shipping method that he/she is interested in.

d. Product shipment is offered to locations throughout Israel as well as worldwide.
e. The product will be shipped within 3 business days from the customer’s payment being successfully processed, not including the day itself on which the payment is processed.
f. Delivery time via courier service – Blue&U will ship the product via the Israel Postal Company courier service (when this option is selected) within 3 business days of the customer’s payment being successfully processed. The time it takes for the package to arrive to the customer depends on the Israel Postal Company, which is required to deliver the package within 7 business days from the point of receiving it. With that, there may be delivery delays to remote locations such as Eilat, the Aravah areas, Judea & Samaria areas, and the Golan Heights. Delivery time to these locations may take longer than 7 business days.
g. Fridays, Saturdays, Jewish holidays, and the day that precedes a Jewish holiday are not considered business days.
5. Exchange, return, and cancellation policy
a. The customer will be authorized to cancel the order that he/she placed on the website in accordance with the instructions of the Consumer Protection Law of 1981 and regulations of the Consumer Protection Act of 2010 as they may apply to said transaction.
b. The customer is authorized to cancel his/her order for any reason whatsoever from the date the order is placed and up to 14 days from the date the product is delivered by sending an email to Blue&U to email@example.com with the subject stating “Exchange/Return”. The customer will specify in his/her email whether he/she wishes to return the product and receive a refund of the amount that was paid for it or to exchange the product for another product.
c. Despite the aforementioned in the preceding clause, there are no returns for jewelry that was sold to the customer at a sale price.
d. The customer will present to Blue&U a copy of a paid invoice or a store receipt that will serve as proof of the customer’s transaction; in the event that the customer does not have either, some other form of proof must be presented that will affirm that the transaction took place, when it took place, the amount that was paid, and the payment method.
e. The customer’s email must specify the details of the product that is being returned, the date on which the order was placed, and the order number.
f. Blue&U will contact the customer within 5 business days from the day on which the customer’s order cancellation email is received.
g. Blue&U will only accept the return if the product is still unused and packaged in its original packaging.
h. The customer can return the product to Blue&U via one of the following two methods:
i. Shipping it via registered mail in its original packaging, with the postal package specifying the customer’s full name and contact phone number. Said shipping fee will be paid for by the customer.
ii. Dropping it off personally in Blue&U’s office in Tel Aviv after having prearranged a specified time to drop it off by contacting 054-573-2568.
i. Blue&U will refund to the customer the product price within 14 business days from the point of receiving the product. The refund payment will be made via the same payment method that was used by the customer upon order placement, i.e. a credit to the customer’s credit card or PayPal account.
j. If the customer paid for the shipping fee then the refund will include the shipping fee.
k. If the customer did not pay for the shipping fee, then the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
l. It will be possible for the customer to make an arrangement with Blue&U to exchange the product for another product. After the returned product is received by Blue&U the exchange will take place either in the Blue&U offices or via registered mail that will be paid for by Blue&U.
m. Blue&U reserves the right to charge the customer a cancellation fee of 5% of the cost of the product or 100 NIS, depending on which amount is lower.
n. Blue&U reserves the right to cancel customer orders within 10 days of the day that payment has been successfully processed in the event that the customer had selected the pick-up delivery option and fails to pick up the item within 10 days.
6. The materials that the products are made of
a. The products offered for sale are made of one or more of the following materials:
i. 925 Sterling Silver
ii. 18-carat gold plating (pink, rose, and gold colors)
iii. Zircon (various colors)
v. Gemstones (coral, jade, agate)
b. The products offered for sale do not contain real diamonds.
7. Product intactness
a. The customer must check that the product is intact immediately upon receiving it.
b. It is explicitly prohibited to expose the products to salt water, sea water, water that contains chlorine, perfumes, or to bathe with the products. Failing to abide by these instructions is liable to cause corrosion of the rhodium plating of the products.
c. Jewelry that will become damaged for reasons unrelated to its quality will be repaired by Blue&U at the customer’s expense.
d. Restoring a gemstone that has been dislodged or corrosion of rhodium plating will be repaired by Blue&U at the customer’s expense.

9. Blue&U non-liability
a. Blue&U shall not bear any liability or responsibility whatsoever to the customer in any of the following instances:
i. Delay of product delivery due to a product not being in stock.
ii. Order cancellation on account of Blue&U being unable to supply the product.
iii. The product not being identical to its picture or to product designs on the website.
iv. Delay of product delivery due to delays on the part of the Israel Postal Company or other courier service used for shipping.
v. Delay of product delivery due to circumstances over which Blue&U has no control, including incorrect shipping details that have been provided by the customer.
vi. Disclosure of any of the customer’s personal details due to the website’s database having been breached.
vii. Damages to the user’s equipment, including his/her computer, mobile device, and/or other personal property, as a result of a virus or malfunction on Blue&U’s database and/or server, including due to the user having downloaded something from the website.
viii. Damage to the product that resulted from improper use/handling of it.
10. Blue&U limited liability
a. Blue&U shall not bear any liability under any circumstances for costs that exceed the cost of the purchased product. Blue&U will not be responsible for any indirect damages that may result to the user or to the customer.
a. Blue&U commits to take reasonable measures of caution to the best of its ability in order to protect the privacy of its users and/or customers as regards their personal information.
b. Blue&U commits to take reasonable measures of caution to the best of its ability in order to ensure that its users’ and/or customers’ information is not leaked to any unauthorized third parties. Considering that the matter regards using the internet, Blue&U cannot give an absolute guarantee that its computers and/or database will not be breached, which would expose the information stored therein. Blue&U shall bear no liability for its computers/database being breached by a third party and the information therein being used unlawfully, and the user and /or customer will not have any claim, grievance, or demand against Blue&U regarding said matter.
c. The customer agrees that Blue&U and/or its representatives will be authorized to contact the customer via his/her direct address and/or email and/or phone and/or fax for marketing and sales purposes, including contacting the customer about products, prices, and sales related to Blue&U. In the event that the customer wishes to no longer receive any such contact, he/she must notify Blue&U of this.
12. Intellectual property rights and copyrights
a. All intellectual property rights, including property rights of designers, manufacturers, models, as well as the commerce methods and secrets of the website and all of the content that appears therein, are all the sole property of Blue&U. These rights apply, among other things, to all data on the website, including product lists, product descriptions, and any and all other details associated with the website’s activity.
b. It is prohibited to use for purposes of commerce any data that is published on the website, including in the product lists therein or any other details published therein, without first receiving written authorization to do so from Blue&U.
c. It is prohibited to copy, duplicate, distribute, sell, market, or translate any information from the website, including trademarks, pictures, and/or text, without first receiving written authorization to do so from Blue&U.
d. It is prohibited to use any data published on the website for the purpose of displaying it on any other website or service without first receiving written authorization to do so from Blue&U and is subject to the terms of that authorization (if it will be provided).
