Blue&U allows you to exchange or return the jewelry that was purchased without any problem!
The process is very simple:
It is possible to return or exchange items that were purchased within up to 14 days of having received the item. Contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org, and write in the subject of the email – “Exchange/Return”. In the email itself tell us what you want to do (whether to return or exchange the item), provide the details of the jewelry item(s) along with the order number, and we’ll get back to you with details on how to proceed.
After corresponding with us regarding the return/exchange, the item(s) should be returned to us in the following way:
Registered mail: Ship the item in its original packaging and add a note with your full name and phone number for us to contact you. The cost of shipping an item to us for a return/exchange is at the customer’s expense. We will contact you as soon as we receive the item.
In the event of a return
Your refund may take up to 14 days to process from the day that we receive the returned item in our office. The refund will be made via the same payment method that was used for placing the order: Either via credit card or via PayPal.
Please note that if when purchasing the item you paid for shipping, your refund will include the shipping fee. If the shipping was free, then the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
In the event of an exchange
We will contact you by phone and will ship you the new piece of jewelry that you select via registered mail at our expense.
With regards to returns, a refund will be made only if the item is unused and in its original packaging.
Jewelry that was purchased for a sale price cannot be returned.
There is no warranty for jewelry that was ripped or broken, but it can be shipped to us for repairs. For more information click here.
